Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 747 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Patchy dense fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile or less in parts of central North Dakota through the early morning hours. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities, and should use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is expected to dissipate around sunrise.
