IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Richmond, Polo, Henrietta, Cowgill, Rayville, and Knoxville.

At 224 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles northeast of Chadron, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Dawes County.

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of southeast North Carolina, including the following counties, Brunswick and New Hanover. * WHEN…Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 424 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has already fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. –
