At 319 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen between Hunt and northeast of Lost Maples State Park. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour.
