The Environmental Thermo-Fluid Dynamics (ETFD) Lab (https://web1.eng.famu.fsu.edu/~nyaghoobian/) at Florida State University has open Ph.D. positions for Fall 2025/Spring 2026 to conduct fundamental computational research in areas relevant to environmental problems. Research projects will involve interdisciplinary investigations of various transport phenomena on the Earth’s surface and in the atmospheric boundary layer, focusing on natural disasters.
