Locations impacted include… Ord, Loup City, Scotia, Pleasanton, Elba, Litchfield, Sherman Reservoir Dam, Cotesfield, Ashton, Rockville, Ravenna, Elyria, Poole, Arcadia, Amherst, Sumner, Miller, Riverdale, North Loup, and Hazard.
