At 1103 PM CDT, Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that northbound I-35 is shut down due to flooding at I-44 in the north OKC. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area…but rainfall rates are decreasing. Runoff will result in continued flash flooding. Flash flooding is already occurring.
