Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. Rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 354 PM ChST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 1 inch of rain has fallen during the past hour. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches are possible through 6:45 PM. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.6 to 2 inches are expected
