Also expect extensive flooding of low-lying areas and croplands. Within the city the following roads become flooded, Railroad Street and Mill Street, First Street and Second Street and Cunningham. Old Mill Park floods along with low lying fields in rural areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.6 feet. – Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 6.5 feet Sunday morning. – Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
