The Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering (MechSE) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) invites applications for teaching faculty at the ranks of assistant, associate, and full professor. We seek highly qualified applicants with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching with a commitment to scholarship and service. This is a full-time on-campus appointment on an academic year (nine-month) service basis, paid over twelve months.

The Department of Civil Engineering at the National Taiwan University invites tenure-track faculty applications in support of the department’s current focus areas. Multiple positions are available. Hiring at the Assistant Professor level is preferred, but exceptional candidates with commensurate experience and a proven track record will be considered for the Associate or Full Professor ranks. Applicants with interdisciplinary research experience and expertise are particularly encouraged to apply. Applicants are also expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in English. The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025.
