Iowa River at Marengo affecting Iowa and Benton Counties. * WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE…Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN…Until further notice. * IMPACTS…At 18.0 feet, Water breaches the mill race dikes near Middle Amana. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.2 feet. – Forecast…The river is expected to hold steady through the weekend and then rise to a crest of 17.7 feet Tuesday morning. – Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
