At 302 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Frederick to Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge to Tacoma Park to near Stratford to near Mansfield. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Aberdeen, Webster, Groton, Britton, Veblen, Warner, Bristol, Langford, Hecla, Mellette, Frederick, Roslyn, Bath, Northville, Sunset Colony, Columbia, Pierpont, Westport, Claremont, and Newport Colony.
