* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Portions of east central Georgia, including the following county, Lincoln and central South Carolina, including the following counties, Edgefield and McCormick. * WHEN…Until 1045 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 747 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are

Patchy dense fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile or less in parts of central North Dakota through the early morning hours. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities, and should use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is expected to dissipate around sunrise.
