…FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN SAN SABA COUNTY… At 456 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 6 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Also, the Colorado River at Bend river gauge jumped about 12 feet 3 am. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Colorado Bend State Park and surrounding areas. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
