* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of eastern North Carolina, including the following county, Carteret. * WHEN…Until 1100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 730 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. * WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of northeast Texas, including the following counties, southeastern Angelina, southeastern Nacogdoches and southwestern San Augustine. * WHEN…Until 830 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 629 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Around an inch of rainfall has already fallen this morning with around 2-3 inches in the past 24 hours. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. –
