* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Callahan. * WHEN…Until 445 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 253 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Baird, Putnam, Rowden, Atwell, Admiral and I-20 Near The Callahan-Eastland County
