Low temperatures will be mainly in the lower to mid 60s. * WHERE…Central Douglas County and Eastern Douglas County Foothills, including the Umpqua Basin. This includes Roseburg, Camas Valley, Elkton and Tiller. * WHEN…Until 8 PM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS…An increased chance of heat related illness for those without access to cooling facilities. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Hot temperatures are likely to continue into mid-week. Warm overnight temperatures will limit relief from hot daytime temperatures.

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Callahan. * WHEN…Until 445 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 253 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Baird, Putnam, Rowden, Atwell, Admiral and I-20 Near The Callahan-Eastland County
