Locations impacted include… Mescalero, Lake Mescalero, Bent, Burro Flats, Apache Summit, Upper Nogal Canyon, Fence Canyon, Portions of US Highway 70 between Apache Summit and the Otero-Lincoln County Line, Lower Nogal Canyon, Mescalero Apache School, Snow Canyon, Bear Canyon, Soldier Canyon, Laborcita Canyon, Mescalero Cabins Campground, and Cienegita Lookout.
