…RED FLAG WARNING FOR LIGHTNING THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING… .Scattered thunderstorms with abundant lightning will develop this afternoon and evening across portions of southeast Oregon. While some storms will produce wetting rainfall, areas outside of thunderstorm cores will be especially susceptible to new starts. Gusty outflow winds up to 60 mph are possible near storms.
