River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 849 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rainfall between 3 and 5 inches have fallen over the last 12 hours. Any additional rainfall will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch
