In west central Ohio, Champaign, Darke, Logan and Shelby. * WHEN…Until 1100 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1220 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding continuing at various locations in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain has fallen since Wednesday evening. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible.
