SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include… Owanka, Sheep Mountain Table, Wall, Delta 9 Missile Silo, Scenic, Quinn, Pinnacles Ranger Station, and Badlands National Park. This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 104 and 117.

TORLBF The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a * Tornado Warning for… South central Cherry County in north central Nebraska… * Until 1000 PM CDT. * At 922 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 16 miles northeast of Whitman, or 22 miles northwest of Mullen, moving east at 25 mph. A second radar indicated storm with rotation was located 24 miles northeast of Whitman. HAZARD…Tornado and tennis ball size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
