Movement was northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Vernal and Naples. This includes the following highways… U.S. Highway 40 in Utah between mile markers 134 and 135, and between mile markers 143 and 167. U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 353 and 404.
