Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. * WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Candler, Evans and Tattnall. * WHEN…Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1226 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen in the last 24 hours. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Several road closures may still exist from earlier rainfall. –
