HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. * WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Candler, Evans and Tattnall. * WHEN…Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1226 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen in the last 24 hours. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Several road closures may still exist from earlier rainfall. –
