* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of central New York, including the following counties, Delaware and Otsego. * WHEN…Until 200 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 755 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… East Sidney. – https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Chambers and Galveston. * WHEN…Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 655 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Bolivar Peninsula, Rollover Pass, Crystal Beach and Gilchrist. –
