A magnitude 4.1 earthquake near Port-au-Prince, Arrondissement de Port-au-Prince, Departement de l’Ouest, Haiti, was reported only 25 minutes ago by the citizen-seismograph network of RaspberryShake, considered the main national agency that monitors seismic activity in this part of the world. The earthquake occurred at a very shallow depth of 5. km beneath the epicenter late at night on Monday, August 4th, 2025, at 11:02 pm local time.
