* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Breathitt and Magoffin. * WHEN…Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 640 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. * WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…Southern half of Guam. * WHEN…Until 900 PM ChST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 821 PM ChST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.4 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
