At 622 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ottawa Lake, or 7 miles west of Temperance, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD…Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include… Newport, Cone, Ida, Maybee, Dundee, Lambertville, Temperance, Samaria, Ottawa Lake, Azalia, Petersburg, Carleton, Riga, Scofield, Oakville, La Salle, Deerfield, Milan, South Rockwood, and Monroe.
