Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 146 PM HST, radar indicated heavy rain over Kauai. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Lihue, Kapaa, Kalaheo, Kekaha, Princeville, Kilauea, North Fork Wailua Trails, Alakai Swamp Trails, Lawai, Omao, Kokee State Park, Wailua Homesteads, Hanalei, Hanapepe, Wainiha, Na Pali State Park, Koloa, Haena, Waimea and Wailua.
