Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 143 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain extending from Garden City to Skidaway Island.
