Submission deadlines vary by program and proposals must meet program-specific requirements to be considered for review. For calendar year 2025, proposals are accepted after September 1, 2025. PIs should contact cognizant program officers for guidance.

Important Information And Revision Notes

The eligibility and submission requirements are the same as the previous version of this solicitation, with the exception that the request for the Expression of Interest (EOI) has been removed and the submission deadlines now follow individual participating programs’ funding opportunity instructions. Additionally, the focus has changed from measurements of interfacial systems at scale with in-situ and operando analysis to any research topic
