* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…Portions of north central Kansas, including the following counties, Jewell and Smith and south central Nebraska, including the following counties, Clay, Fillmore, Nuckolls, Thayer and Webster. * WHEN…Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 512 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. – This also includes the White Rock Creek upstream of Lovewell Reservoir. As of 445 AM, the gauge near Burr Oak reported 15.5
