* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Coleman and McCulloch. * WHEN…Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 657 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms from Cross Plains to Santa Anna and Bangs to Eden and Melvin…moving east at 30 mph. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
