Provo (31.4 km WSW of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / horizontal (sideways) swinging / 5-10 s : No objects were shaking. Felt 3 bumps then a full sideways movement without interruption. I’m on the upper floor.  

South east Provo Utah (30.9 km WSW of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) / single vertical bump / very short : We were watching TV on upper level of house. Felt a very small bump. Thought maybe someone fell out of bed or maybe jumped in the house.  

Provo Utah (30.9 km WSW of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / horizontal (sideways) swinging / 2-5 s : Light Shaking, but my husband who was going from a sitting position to a standing position (after kneeling on the floor next to our infant daughter) did not feel anything.
