An earthquake of magnitude 3.7 occurred only 16 minutes ago 39 km northwest of Talcahuano, Chile, The National Seismological Center (Centro Sismológico Nacional, CSN) of the University of Chile reported.
The quake hit at a moderately shallow depth of 34. km beneath the epicenter near Talcahuano, Provincia de Concepción, Region del Biobio, Chile, early evening on Monday, June 16th, 2025, at 7:04 pm local time.
