At 325 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Dublin, or 7 miles southeast of Clarksdale, moving southeast at 10 mph. HAZARD…Winds in excess of 30 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Mattson, Dublin, Denton, Stover, Vance, Longstreet, Sumner, Lurand, Brazil, Tutwiler, Beaver Dam, Claremont, Sabino, and Webb.

At 323 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Grandfalls, or 14 miles southeast of Monahans, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern Pecos, east central Ward and northern Crane Counties.
