At 204 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm over Rotenberger Wildlife Refuge, or 19 miles south of Lake Harbor, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include… Okeelanta, Holey Land Wildlife Refuge, and Rotenberger Wildlife Refuge.

Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Rowan, Penderlea, Carvers, Lisbon, Lagoon, Elkton, Council, Emerson, Willard, Kelly, Atkinson, and Watha. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 389 and 393.
