Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. High tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 1:21 PM.

Areas of fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile or less in parts of western and central North Dakota this morning. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities, and should use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog will dissipate by 9 AM.

Expect up to one foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.
