IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Mccarty Lake, Us-183 Near The Throckmorton- Baylor County Line, Lusk, Throckmorton, The Intersection Of Us- 283 And Ranch Road 209, Moran, Us-180 Near The Shackelford- Stephens County Line, Ibex, The Intersection Of Us-183 And Us- 283, Elbert, Woodson, The Intersection Of Us- 380 And Highway 222, Fort Griffin, and Albany.

Patchy dense fog has developed over central and south central Virginia, and interior northeast North Carolina early this morning. Expect visibility to vary between one half to one mile, and locally a quarter mile or less. Fog should lift and dissipate between 8 and 9 AM. Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds, watch for children at school bus stops, and use low beam headlights only.
