* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of southeast Montana, including the following county, east central Carter. * WHEN…Until 400 AM MDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry coulees. Water over roadways, including highway 323. While precipitation has generally ended, it will take time for water to subside. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1209 AM MDT, The public reported flooding over Highway 323 south of Ekalaka. Photos also shows large amounts of hail fell with this storm that may clog culverts. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen in Northeast Carter county this evening.
