* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Salinas. * WHEN…Until 530 PM AST. * IMPACTS…Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 224 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area, particularly along Parcelas Vazquez Creek impacting PR-1. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
