* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing. * WHERE…A portion of southwest Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Kiowa and Tillman. * WHEN…Until 815 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1119 AM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1
