Narrow fluctuating bands of lake effect snow will continue to stretch into parts of Otsego and Delaware Counties this morning. If traveling, watch out for rapidly changing conditions in and out of these bands, including slippery roads and occasionally low visibility. Amounts will be generally light, yet enough to cause slick spots, especially at higher elevations. Some blowing and drifting may occur as well, with gusts to 30 mph.
