This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Pottawattamie, Harrison, southwestern Shelby, southeastern Burt, Washington and north central Douglas Counties, including the following locations… Tennant, Desoto Bend National Wildlife Refuge, Schaben Park, Portsmouth, Wilson Island State Park, Willow Lake Recreation Area, Washington, and Historical Village Welcome Center.

Locally dense fog will reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less in spots early this morning. If traveling, be prepared for changes in visibility over a short distance especially on ridgetops or in river and stream valleys. The fog will dissipate and visibility will steadily improve to unrestricted between sunrise and 9AM.

Areas of fog that is locally dense has developed over portions of central Ohio, south central Ohio and northeast Kentucky. Use caution while driving as visibility may be reduced to half a mile or less and can change rapidly. Fog is expected to dissipate shortly after sunrise with increasing temperature.
