Locations impacted include… Burgaw, Surf City, Rich Inlet, Hampstead, Topsail Beach, White Stocking, Maple Hill, Long Creek, Murray Town, Ashton, Willard, Rocky Point, Topsail, Scotts Hill, Woodside, Edgecomb, Castle Hayne, St. Helena, Watha, and Pender Memorial Hospital. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 388 and 413.
