At 628 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding from 2 to 3 inches of rain in multiple municipalities including Pitcarin, Murrysville and into Export. Reports indicate swift water rescues are occurring in Export as well as evacuations in Plum and Monroeville. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding.
