In southeast Oklahoma, Haskell, Latimer and Le Flore. * WHEN…Until 730 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1109 AM CDT, Trained weather spotters and weather observations reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms that occurred Monday evening and overnight. Flooding is ongoing as 2 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across the warned area. Road closures may continue as flood waters recede. – Some locations
