Job Description

The Research Assistant will support research initiatives focused on space logistics and systems engineering. The role involves conducting literature reviews, assisting with data collection and analysis, and contributing to the development and documentation of research methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

Provide general support for ongoing, externally funded research projects.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree or currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering or a related field.

Etna (Sicily, Italy): A strong pyroclastic flow occurred from the South-East Crater this morning.
The reason for this flow was (likely) the sudden accumulation and destabilization of the northern flank of the crater area, which in turn developed into very dangerous pyroclastic flow.
