At 328 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Stith, or near Tye, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Abilene, Nolan, Merkel, Tye, Tuscola, Hawley, Buffalo Gap, Trent, Lawn, Dudley, Noodle, Longworth, Caps, Dyess Afb, Hylton, Eula, Potosi, View, Happy Valley, and Hamby. This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 251 and 297.
