* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Portions of southeastern Massachusetts, including eastern Norfolk and northern Plymouth Counties. * WHEN…Until 600 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding was occurring on the Jones River near Kingston and along the Old Swamp River in South Weymouth. Some low lying areas remain flooded and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 618 AM EDT, Between 4 and 6 inches of rain fell since yesterday.
