Locations impacted include… Huntington, Winfield, Wayne, Hamlin, Beech Fork State Park, Hurricane, Barboursville, Milton, Eleanor, Buffalo, Ona, Culloden, Teays Valley, West Hamlin, Bancroft, Athalia, Ashton, Salt Rock, Palermo, and Pea Ridge. This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 12 and 43.
