* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Durham and Wake. * WHEN…Until 700 PM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 428 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms will move into and through the area over the next hour.
